T-Mobile Faces Gloom Pending Merger with AT&T

TThe future of T-Mobile, the pending merger with AT&T-Mobile USA made it clear that the company will push through with the merger deal with AT&T Incorporated. However, the US Justice Department as well as Sprint Nextel is blocking the merger deal because of primary concern of making the competition monopolized. With this, T-Mobile is forced to have another plan of strategy in order for the company to keep its pace going.

If the merger deal of T-Mobile and AT&T is not successful, Deutsche Telekom will obtain a breakup fee estimated at three billion dollars. Although, it is quite a significant amount for Deutsche Telekom to earn, the best strategy for exit of T-Mobile is lacking. In addition to this unfortunate event that might happen, things might be getting worse as T-Mobile is not carrying iPhone of Apple. Apparently, the device makes dominance in the smartmobile market. Sprint, Verizon Wireless, and AT&T are carrying the device from Apple.

Deutsche Telekom reported the sales record of the company for the period of third quarter of this current fiscal year. As Deutsche Telekom released the results, analysts and experts have the biggest question in mind about the future of T-Mobile.

According to Craig Moffett and Robin Bienenstock, analysts from Bernstein, in anticipation of the potential failure of merger deal,  T-Mobile is stranded at the middle of the event as other companies will be reluctant to have an agreement or merger with a company that does not exist independently.
