Recently, reports told that Droid Razr from Motorola Mobility was began to be sold in the country of United Kingdom. However, reports said that the device does not really have the brand of Droid.
Droid Razr of Motorla is the first smartmobile device powered by latest update of Android operating system from Google Incorporated which is known as the Ice Cream Sandwich. The latest interface platform of Android is version 4.0. Droid Razr is also the latest smartmobile device offered by Motorola. The device competes with Galaxy Nexus of Samsung Electronics Company. Galaxy Nexus is also powered by Ice Cream Sandwich or Android version 4.0.
Currently, these devices that run the latest operating system of Android are both in the market of United Kingdom.
Droid Razr has already been seen by market in the country of United States. Yet, Galaxy Nexus of Samsung is yet to be released by Verizon with no exact date. However, some observers are expecting that Galaxy Nexus will be released by Verizon before the year’s end.
Droid Razr features a dual-core microprocessor from Texas Instruments which is 1.2 GHz OMAP. It comes with a rear-facing camera that is eight megapixels while the front-facing camera for video chatting is 1.3 megapixels. The RAM of the device is one gigabyte and has the touchscreen display of Super AMOLED with a resolution of 540 x 960.
